wouldnt that be obvious to the followers of the amount hes making? im just curious how his scheme is working? make partnership with developers and book some units under his name and distribute to followers at premium price and pocket the margin? or the developer give him commission? membership fee? donation from rich followers??? hmmm. wonder wonder.
