Hearsay, most of the project components have been fully booked. Now left with some office suites units and tower B of serviced apartment. I don't believe in strata mall as well since proper management is key for retail to survive.

Second you bro. I will always have confidence with the poor man strategy and that is to make money right away when we sell. Then, with lower price entry, lower rental oso don't mind since it should cover the mortgage and guarantee steady demand for the unit. Ask high-high like the one I know in KLCC but left vacant for 8 months, what for. It took 9-12 months to get that rate 1.8-2k and only a handful is going at that rate 1 year ago.
