hmm i was reading his sharing, then question of his NMD & cash out method raised because seems like grab and run type then worry about the interest later. I'm a newbie in property and felt this is like getting loan from bank / ah long and worry about it later, except your property might appreciate.

I was also intersted but the location was a real turn off
it was going for 6xx psf right? many choice now lo this psf range, mrt at doorstep somemore |
