I have no idea, you're more familiar with malls. Maybe you should ask this JL.
Only know in KL, perhaps Berjaya or Sg Wang. Heard BTS is much better than when first started. Small 400sf space on 4th floor can sell for RM1M+.

I highly doubt that a mall with NO anchor tenant can survive in that area (especially).. doh.gif doh.gif

Anybody that have visited putrazz mall will know the result of NO fashior anchor (like aeon/parkson) in a mall..

this emporis is catering more towards kg sg buloh area, sect 5,6,7 of KD. even then they are competing with the dying aeonbig mall, giant, strand, TG, giza, nexis and not to mention hugely sucessful and popular dataran sunway itself.

so for that, i believe star avenue have a much better success rate.
