I don't think empire subang shopping mall doing good. Only fnb ok. Atas punya retail shop manyak jialat mati. Survey some sale pipu there most their sale Makan telur Saja.

Large mall sell as strata unit can almost can confirmed going to fail. Fierce competition between mall nowadays. With strata units the mall management going to have big big jialat issue waiting for them. No full right to control the tenant unit. Soon later Manyak funny jialat stuffs u can find there. Cry also no tear.

Manyak super power countries tutup pintu for bitcoins liao or not recognize by them. susah to fry up liao. on and off short term fry maybe can.
now china learning the bitcoins back-end system, soon or later china will come up something macam bitcoins or even better... a totally another new level of paperless yuan currency for their country currency which back by china government.
