as u can see superdav007, when u modded the casing u used masking tape everywhere. and also the fan was not positioned properly. I could see dents on the casing when u took picture of the casing right after u modded it. Can tell that u did not take out the side panel to cut it man, wat a pity. rest i leave it to ianho to remark

If i have did so many major damage to this case why i even bother posting right after i modded it? 1 more thing is that the customer always check the end product b4 paying me. if the end product is not satisfactory put the blame on me straight away, not after a couple of months. peace.

Getting Started

|
OK, I admit it was my faulth that I've jumped to conclusion that superdav007 was the one who mangled up the case. He should have the benefit of the doubt. It could also be possible that the owner of the case did the damage himself after taking the case back from superdav007. I'm sorry for pointing the finger at him at the first place. But it would be best if superdav007 or the owner could provide some answers. First if the mod was really so cool, why the hell did the owner think he could make it even better by mangling up the case? Second, where are the close up pictures of the case? I notice for every mod you did, there is at least 1 close up of the side panel, the screws or the blowhole. If you could provide pictures of the whole modding process...like you said you would in your worklog...then it would clear everything up and your business won't be affected. By saying that you won't take responsibility and that you don't intend to stand up to other people's criticism, you're giving us the impression that you just want to avoid the whole issue. One more thing, it would be best if we could discuss this in superdav007's worklog as not to disturd ianho's surgery procedures

guys....forget whoever cut the case.... its screwed up, yes. but this is a worklog on the recovery on the case itself.... lets focus on that and NOT turn this thread into a bonfire by going on a witchhunt for the original modder. so stay focused!! @ianho with that kinda extensive damage..... what r ur plans for it and how long u expect it to finish? How much did the case owner paid to get the case looking like that?? If you asked me, I'll do it for free with a hammer I guess a new side panel have to be ordered.....or a new side panel from painted acrylic would be nice . Top blow hole can be covered with a new 120mm blow hole or a top window, so no problem.
