I'm waiting to see how Android L can improve N4.
But the battery in N4 don't really satisfy my needs these days. So I;m looking for a new device. Plan to keep N4 though.

If I can design my own Nexus it would be

4.7" 720p IPS screen with very tiny basel
3000mah battery
64 bit SoC
32-128G memory with SD card support
4G ram
8-13mp main camera with ois
2mp front camera
LTE
Design & Material like LG G3
Water proof like Xperia Z series

But I can only dream.

No wonder I feel my wish missing something. Front facing speaker for me to.

But we can only wish.Google might cut some to make the device cheaper. I can live with not so great camera but the battery I wish they change.Also no way Google will add SD card support for Nexus device which Nexus user have to accept.

With Project Volta, I believe Google will make the next Nexus battery life which less than 3,000mAh. So maybe is like 2600mAh or 2800mAh or even worsts than you expected.

Do anyone know the difference between Nexus devices and Google edition devices(software-wise)? I mean, they are able to get the latest updates too,right? Havent found one in M'sia yet.. sweat.gif

You still have to unlock their bootloader in OEM way. not Google style.

I prefer a bit bigger though. After using 4.7 for so long, I find that it's quite small, maybe 5.2 or 5.3 will be just nice. Don't forgot we have the on screen navigation button some more.. That will take up some space also.

my Nexus 4 charging port got burnt smell and cant be charged.

so i will have 2 option atm:
1- wireless charger which is slowwwww
2- replace charging port

so my question is, do u guys know any Malaysians shop selling the charging port for Nexus 4? i tried lelong etc anyway

i found some seller from eBay but tbh i never used it before..

i found 2 but it looks a bit diff

Did you ask the other party for some warranty if it is bought second hand? btw, you'll have to get suitable equip and ensure parts are usable... My power button ordered online isnt the right size sad.gif
