Anyone else experiencing (~1 second) delay when you press to call someone in Dialer Speed Dial?

Having some issue after my gf update to Lollipop.

1) Why is the network symbol on top always having the '!' mark? It's not like there's no network or what, I tried using her phone to call my phone, it went through.

2) Turning on Wifi is really troublesome now, not matter how i try, either thru the setting or thru the pull down symbol, after i tap on Wifi, it takes like a long time to scan for wifi network, and sometimes it crashes too with message 'Setting takes too long to load, force close', something like that, then when I reenter the wifi page, it successfully scanned all the wifi network.

3) Oh, btw the wifi icon on top after connecting got the ! symbol on it too. 

Any1 experienced this before? Btw my gf did OTA update. If prob persist, I might wanna do a clean flash for her by wiping dalvik cache n everything.

seems like any ppl suffering same prob.

Tested dialer on a few other n4 and n5 running lollipop, all have issue: press the big box contact in recents, need like 1 second then only screen changed...

Yikes, some ppl pissed velocity's dev off and he took down the forum and all downloads (seems like closing the project).

Now where do I find such fast ROM with awesome features..

Velocity is a private ROM that the dev only build and share inside the private forum. He prohibit sharing to XDA or any other places.

Then there are ppl who ask really stupid questions that pissed him off, and eventually one guy even shared the private testing folder publicly and made him infuriated and I think that's why the forum is totally closed now.

Does any 1 know that which shop in lowyat providing screen replacement for nexus 4? which cheapest price?

(Screen broke twice in this year, even with tempered glass... )

No idea, he has his own set of principles.

I don't respect his way of keeping it private, but such a shame that his builds are really rock solid and super fast. I am reluctant to switch to any other builds now because it just feels like how it should be on my phone despite I am a flashaholic :/
