Don't think so. The last time I was there back in December, it looks complete dy. Even its fb page mentioned 2017 as its completion date so it should've VPed dy by then.

730psf 4 years ago and recommended by property blogs. Today merely asking for 750psf, not even counting actual transacted value.

Today struggling to rent at even 1.5k for a 600+k condo.

Sub 3% GROSS yield.

Location like Aman Putri no eye see.

I rented and stayed there before. Unit located next the main road, can see Mcdonald from my view, thin walls, non sound proof of windows, noisy sound from the road side, occasionally accident and loud braking sound due to the sharp turning after the traffic lights. Even though the unit is located in the another end of the floor, the ktm train sounds was unbelievable. The security guard was useless and lazy.
