sorry if this question has been asked before,

if i put max rm200k in my asb,
let say first dividen is 8%, then my money will become 216 000,

but for 2nd year, if the dividen is 8%,
will it multiply by 216 000 or 200 000

tq

The 2nd year dividend will be calculated based on 216k; and without sounding condescending, you may want to read on compounding interest (just google it).

The maximum limit for your own ASB account would increase as your dividend increases. If I am not mistaken, the limit stays as high even after withdrawing a portion of the funds.

thanks for the information, and untill what limit ? infiniti ? let say somehow i managed to invest without withdraw for 100 years ( if im still alive) that mean i will get 1.08^100 x 200 000 = RM 439 mill ? hmm.gif
