QUOTE(plumberly @ Nov 18 2014, 08:41 AM) Thanks. EPF may change to 60 if they get "positive feedback" from stakeholders and members. Extending here means instead of 55, they may change it to 60? Then I pity those who are 53 or 54 having to wait for another 6-7 yrs! Hope they are considerate enough to use an age range 55-60 during the changeover years to accommodate those about to retire. Got ikan bilis RM700 yesterday. Cheerio. Congrats on your ikan bilis. AS1M? |

QUOTE(smartinvestor01 @ Nov 19 2014, 07:31 PM) I don't think so.. Because if its for new subscription, it might have be opened for subscription sometime in August - Now, but we seen nothing.. Might most probably because of the reinvestment of the dividends which increased the fund size. Just my opinion... QUOTE(wil-i-am @ Nov 19 2014, 08:13 PM) |

Yayasan Ekuiti Nasional has decided to distribute RM500 million of Ekuinas’ profits via Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputra (Bumiputra Investment Foundation) to benefit Bumiputeras who own unit trusts managed by PNB.

6.20 sen dividend for ASN 3.
PNB said they could pay 11.8 sen for this year but kept it for future distribution. |

QUOTE(plumberly @ Nov 25 2014, 04:59 PM) This is indeed a surprise. Looks like PNB has doom days written in their plan since they are saving so much for future distribution. I can expect other ASX dividends to be in this low 6% figure now. Historically ASN3 pay lower than others fund (lowest is 5.50sen in 2009)Read that EPF made x billion in Q3 from the equity market. Hope that they will pull out selectively before the global dip. |

QUOTE(hyelbaine @ Nov 25 2014, 05:00 PM) That's quite a lot to be carried forward. Do they know something about the stock market next year that we don't? I've heard that fund managers think as far as 6 months ahead of the market but carrying forward that much is quite intriguing On a personal note, I'm surprised that this fund can give such a return. I mean it is a balanced fund and given how much the fund itself has grown over the past year in terms of size, it's a pretty decent return. ASN3 main income is from companies dividend & closely follow by "short-term investments" instruments http://www.hmetro.com.my/node/11645?m=1 |
