1. How do you trigger your lightning stack for tal? I don't seem to see a lightning spell.
Answer: Since the highest and only elemental effect that is on my wizard Ancient Parthan Defenders is 20% Lightning, the 4-pc bonus of Delsere's Magnum Opus will trigger the lightning stack of 6pc bonus of Tal Rasha's Elements when slow time is activated.

2. How do you execute the game play for this build? Do you tp around casting slow time and let it DoT, or do you focus down groups of mobs then move on?
Answer:
1. It's preferable to tp aggresively to search for a big group of trash mobs and then activate multiple slow time(s) usually up to 3 & unleash meteor non-stop at a safe distance. Don't forget to fill up arcane power with Magic Missile + Prodigy, intermittently.
2. Loose mobs can be gathered by tp nearby and the effects of PE will agitate them to follow or chase after the wizards. This action is called herding the flock to be slaughtered en masse.
3. Skip elites.
4. Rinse and repeat.
