I'm getting the premium variant, actually I'm still confuse on whining noise, all I hear is the bassy sound.. Is that CVT whining sound? Or engine sound? I remember the exhaust sounds bassy too.

Clarifies my doubts!!  

So means to say that...

since AT In L mode = 1st gear

then L in CVT will keep the car in low ratio.. the car will still upshift but will keep the RPM high? "so called sport mode?"

For 1 day... 

Yesterday all gone, even today morning still cun. I switch off everything to listen this morning also OK.
Then I parked my car in front my office and never drive it till 8pm.

And after siap kerja, the moment I start driving? Almost all re-surface, except the most annoying 'cit cit cit' 

Resurface one all is like loose panel sound, when rough road will come out like 'trak trak prak trak' (our country a lot rough road, even newly made road  )

Luckily the most annoying 'cit cit cit' not resurfacing.....

Damn weird if you ask me... I parked my car on flat road, no incline no stuff... No idea why morning cun, after kerja rattling all come back...

Or are you suggesting there's an optimal degree of temperature for the materials to not rattle?

For the hill assist, strangely, it works well for fairly steep slope yet on a few occasion it does not work on non steep slope. Not a major issue as the car moves forward upon pressing the throttle even slightly. I found out that the car can also "balance" itself by pressing the throttle lightly such that it does not move backwards nor forwards at slopes. It feels very similar to a manual car minus pressing the clutch pedal. I realized this when moving out of a parking area where the exit has a small slope before joining the main road. An alternative to pulling the handbrake.

I got a question in my mind now. As I'm first time car buyer, I book the Iriz in October and the loan approve end of October(pbb). They sent me a notice for the loan application successful.

But here comes the question, when should I start to pay the hire purchase? I login to my pbb and press the hire purchase, it just show me please call our service center. Any idea?

FYI. The Iriz that I booked is 1.3 Exec CVT which has YET arrive.
Do I have to start paying now or after I get my car first?

last few years, i heard this saying that on stop&go jam,
do not put to P (or N?) because the tranny coolant is not moving..
