QUOTE(poweredbydiscuz @ Sep 10 2014, 06:02 PM) Exactly. I miss those old days when they bring out innovation after innovation (unibody design, multi touch, app store...) if steve jobs thought like tim cook, iphone 2G would have just stuck with a plastic screen instead of changing it to glass at the last minute just to save a few bucks or to release it on the iPhone 3G. |

was just looking tru maxis website. the htc one can be yours for just 629 after trading in an iphone4 with the merdeka promo.
in comparison, iphone6plus would surely be around 2k even with contract. time for decisions |

QUOTE(C63 AMG @ Sep 17 2014, 01:44 PM) So ironic that iPhones are available in Singapore but not in Malaysia. thats the thing i wonder. why cant apple just treat msia/singapore as one country and send in the stocks to cater for these two countries together. i feel if malaysia were to get it early, the sales would really spike.Heck it's not even in the second batch @ 26 Sept. Are we living in a such a third world country that Apple thinks our market is insignificant? |

QUOTE(Edoras @ Sep 22 2014, 11:37 AM) At first I am tempted the larger 6+, but later after hearing many comments stating that 6+ is too large, I have second thoughts. Is 6+ too large to place inside our trousers pockets? Anyone can share their experience? Its larger than Samsung Note 3, right? i see many guys using note3 easily. so why are ppl complaining that the iphone 6plus is big? |

QUOTE(silencer5089 @ Sep 23 2014, 10:39 AM) not everything is perfect bro. give them some time and they will improvised. thomas edison didn't create light in 1 day you know. QUOTE(kahyeec @ Sep 23 2014, 10:43 AM) Apple is known for its "it just works" culture but recently products have been rushed compromising quality. About the sapphire screen and 2gb ram being left out, if this was steve im sure he would have tried his best to put them in like how he forced the glass panel instead of plastic on the iPhone 2G.Imagine Tim making a decision during iPhone 2G production. He would have pushed plastic screen on the 2G and den glass on the 3G. And all fanboys would be like "we don't need glass screen because it cracks easily". Get the pic? |

QUOTE(silencer5089 @ Sep 23 2014, 11:42 AM) aside from how much they are producing and selling, i'd rather they focus on the quality they meant to deliver. their iPhone 4 days are one of the best. i've always said this. the last greatest technological leap in terms of build quality and screen resolution at that time was the iPhone4. after that it was all incremental updates till the iPhone6. Their incremental upgrade style doesn't look like changing anytime soon looking at the record sales.Anyway we will sure be having 8.0.1 soon, giving that alot of complaints with wifi issue. i had the same too on my 5S, having constant wifi drops. |

QUOTE(jackdon @ Sep 25 2014, 05:34 PM) There is no need for me to back it up, time will tell if I am right or wrong. I just pass on this info without revealing the source as this might not be good for them. if its on the stated dates, im surprised that no pre-order has started so far by telco's.jackdon PS... hopefull this would drive down the iSclaper pricing |
