This a bear sudah tak ada ubat untuk diubati, what wrong with devleoper launch at 600k, willing buyer willing seller, no body force anyone to buy. The lead launch at klang 5xx k habis sapu for small unit...  A bear ready miss many many boat, wake up lah....

Kajang definitely is booming and younger generation prefer high rise with facilities. Now is more on security and lifestlye then landed lor.

I went to the showunit yesterday in their showroom, kinda tough to find the location as I'm not really familiar with Kajang &  Balakong as well...
Recently I try to find a property outskirts abit from expensive KL and Selangor, found balakong and Kajang only within my budget to buy one for ownstay with my future family...

I surveyed few developments that I'm considering now within balakong and Kajang,
1/One Amerine - nice layout design, freebies, high dens commercial, abit expensive by sqft, future development in front of the land may block the whole block...
2/Silk Sky -  normal layout, no freebies, just next to Silk Highway, easy access,
3/ Sutera Pines -  no freebies, car park all is front n back,  this totally out from my consideration...
4/ and finally this Oasis1..

Basically after comparison, I like Oasis1 due to their spacious unit with the same price like others with a lot of facilities.. Including their low downpayment scheme...

My concern is,
The accessibility out & in from Oasis1. Is there any easy road to go out n come in?  Any toll need to passby if travel within The Mines until Kajang town?

Any bro n sis here can share?  I have read the whole thread here and I'm new to this area....

Went to the show unit and the site as well, so far so good, like the spacious living hall.

im not flipper and initiate plan is for own stay. But now I'm staying near pandan indah which is <10km to masjid jamek (my working place), thus I really afraid I can't tahan the traffic toward city centre If move over (then result in letting go/trying to rent it, &become an investor instead)

Any sifu can advise whether I should go for this? anyone stay nearby can advise how long it take to travel to KL during 7am-8am weekdays? And how much toll being paid (if any)

1 hrs is by cheras kajang highway (rm0.90 toll) or other highway?
actually mahkota cheras is jam at the traffic light or after come out highway also jam? Always heard ppl said before Phoenix (now cheras sentral) will jam already. With that kind of jam (and all the way to loke yew) still can reach in 1 hour? quite surprise to me as currently  I still need 40mins to reach office.

Just got to know 1 of my colleague stay at TTDI and according to him it take 45mins to reach bukit jalil LRT, So 1hr really can reach masjid jamek? Follow the route u mentioned need to pay toll?

Beside that, I just know from here there is referer fees, but all the while I liaise with a sales agent. Can I still "cooperate" with 1 of u to claim the referer fees?
