torrenting without VPN sometimes can hit 400kB/s. is this because I disabled all firewall/security settings in the modem?

Did you make a formal complaint or just inquired about what was causing the disruption? If you lodged a complaint (they will give you a report number, normally something like 1-xxxxxx), and the service disruption exceeds 24hrs, you can claim rebate. Keep in mind, TM calculate the disruption period from the time you make the report, NOT from when the disruption actually starts...

Got a call sometime ago to upgrade my parent's 1mb streamyx (rm88/mth) to 4mb for only rm110/mth. After I agree to take the promo, they had upgraded my line within 1 week. Tested and verified the speed which is really 4mbps.

After 1 week the line got reverted back to 1mbps, so i logged a case and was told for areas that have unifi, they wont sell 4mb streamyx. Is this BS or what? Coz rm110 for 4mbps is a very good deal...

Er... U all got problem loading YouTube videos at max speed or buffering when loading Facebook video? I got no problem downloading stuff at max speed 4mbps or stream iFlix and Netflix but i got problem watching in Youtube and Facebook. @_@
