being the only major player seems put their asses in too comfort zone.. my friend area, keep getting 1Mbps max... after pestering 100 and TMPoint everymonth, then baru diaorang upgrade to 4Mbps. The TM technician mentioned the port at dslam rosak, and TM only replaced them after a year.
