mine last time was dsl light was fine, but unable to connect due to ppp problem something like that.. called 100, they said my modem rosak and not certified by tm (wtfack?), then x puas hati tweet to tm connect at twitter..then they sent techcie to check... end up it's some port at dslam seems corrupted and they replaced it.

getting shit services lately, my snr all gone haywire n keep disconnecting..complained to tm..they said will sent someone..but no one came for 2 weeks n suddenly got sms saying problem solved..what the hell
