I have a streamyx384k at jb n streamyx4Mbps in Melaka. So if I login at jb using Melaka account my speed is still cap at 384kbps?

My brother in Melaka recently signed up the special package of Streamyx Home (Device) 4.0M RM88+Pakej Voice RM28. After using for a few months and with the launching of Webe, he found that Webe suits him better. But then the streamyx came with a contract of 24 months. I am a longtime user of 1Mbps Streamyx(rm60+10) in JB.
Our plan is:
1. Transfer his 4MB Streamyx plan to me.
2. He will signed up TM for voice plan + Webe.
Can these be done while keeping our TM fixedline numbers?

That simple? U mean just go to TMpoint and ask to change his plan's address to my JB address n I can start using His package and cancel mine?

TM already double the speed without xtra charges when they upgraded Unifi VIP5 to VIP10 automatically. Again they are treating us streamyx users like dirt.

JB, landed house, streamyx 384k, I received the email too, what is the significance of it? Thought it is just a TQ msg. My area has Unifi but fully taken up.

For those stuck with high-price streamyx package with no Unifi availability, have u all tried Webe as a replacement option?

Went to TMpoint to complain about my 384K Streamyx can only touch <200K most of the time. My area's Unifi n Streamyx fully taken up n my current 384k Streamyx (rm60+10) is only upgradable to 1MB for rm110. TM finally relented and discounted my existing package from rm70 to rm48. Tested Webe at my place but performance not consistent but sometimes can touch 3Mbps. Will keep these packages until Unifi is available.

How long u have been getting this deal? And u got it from a promotion?

Where is location, urban or rural?

mine was 384k@rm60 until last month reduced to 384k@rm38.

My area Unifi fully taken up & Streamyx max is 1Mbps n cost rm110. Using mobile broadband when streamyx is slow. Most of the time use unifi in the office. Recently sign up WebeMobile for interim measure until unifi is available.

What u entered into the form did not tally with the particulars registered or the format is wrong.
