2014 or 2015?

The box comes with 2014 version but can be updated to 2015 version as Bitdefender gives updates to newer version as long as you have a valid working genuine license ...

So the version doesn't matter ...

is it yearly subscription? if over year can keep using?

it is a yearly license ... after a year u need to renew it if not the features will be locked ...
