What i know that area only semi d and villa . No terrace.

Shbe higher class than botanic detached

If Lrt 3 confirmed. Then shbe good to invest

2 bedded cannot get 2k. 2k can get double storey or even cluster at parkland . plenty of landed property for rental.

To day got cny lunch , angpow and lucky draw
