I believed buyers mostly were local . They just buy for long term investment and at the same for their personal use. They can reserve for their children when they grow up. It is no harm to have extra place to stay.

Like i said only local will buy. Cause beside invest they can use for their children in future or for retirement when you are old not really feel to drive so often. Klang like their children to be nearer to them.
Outsider wont buy such expensive apartment for invest cause the rental not as good as usj, puchong and subang. Those buyer already have a landed prop, they just wanna try the concept. |

I think those who bought would have to consider to pay gst 6% which will implement nxt yr.

Soft land no an issue. It s more than 8 yrs, no more settlement. Beside high rise building depend on the pile load design.
