i think you were fighting a public event boss. that kind of boss, anybody can join in the fight.

yup. true. i was playing at level 3 last night when suddenly my partner need to go during boss level 5 fight. i had to fight alone like 15 minutes

it is best if u can play with frens. mostly on story mode, strike mode or raid mode.

it is best to play alone if u have some easy bounty u need to clear/finish like there's 1 bounty where i need to clear 5 patrol mission on earth,.

so ya, depends on your playstyle or mood. having frens to play with of coz is the best and u can talk rubbish/nonsense over the mic.

that boss is quite imba tbh.. is the tanker surely.. i get the public event also.. a ship appears out of nowhere and spawn a tanker right middle..

quite interesting.. i shoot 1 bullet on it then event started.. so i faster go back orbit to avoid it.. haha !!!

I love boss battles if playing with friends since can curse and talk c*ck during plays - especially when you're the last one standing while in a restricted respawning area, and lots of enemies spamming attacks againts you Bosses go down quickly if you play well & coordinate together -

Public event is good to increase your vanguard reputation. Later can buy legendary weapon/items.

But if u dont want to join the event, can avoid that area for awhile. Dont shoot boss. And sometime the timer only left <1min n boss hp still full or not enough guardians in the fight.

my suggestion if wan to play in team, best is get those same level with you to play together.

if not you will end up a bit hard to level up, because those with high level can easily kill those enemy

This game can join random ppl play along? I dont have friend playing it. And the time i play all ver odd so need to chk with u guys whether it is possible

Heres a tip for you guys (maybe some of you knew already). Keep those engrams you gotten even at low levels. Once you reach lvl 20, you can unlock those equipments at your current level.

after u redeem at bungie.net, u need to go to Profiles > codes > click on USE NOW for all those codes.
Then u can see from postmaster or special order vendor.

can.. you can invite them to your fireteam or join their fireteam.. this game really need a team to tag along..

you can join random ppl actually the rosteer will show 3 segment.
1st is your fireteam
2nd is your friend list that is online, but only those currently playing destiny will show up with emblems
3rd is actually the map player list, mean on that "map" "area", there are players u can just invite or join

As for crucible and strike, there's match making so u sure pair up with people.
If not, just add us all here then invite or just join.
If cause we can put our settings for fireteam to be private or friends only and so on.
So is ok to just try join or invite, i think most of us are friendly enough.
