Can't seem to get much details about the petrol card.

So I have to deposit a minimum if rm1000 and I'm eligible for the rm 200 petrol card ?

Any catch ?

Received an SMS from OCBC promoting about their new FD in which it pays customers 4%p.a for the first 12 months and 6%p.a for the next 1 month. They didn't state the minimum required amount but the due date for this promo is by the 31st of March.
