from month 1 - 11 you get lower rate. ONLY on the 12th month you get 6% Per ANNUM/YEAR.EFFECTIVE RATE (which is average of all interest from the 12 months) is 3.85% PA.
in short, if you put 10k, you get Rm385 interest Per ANNUM/YEAR. Forget about the 6% thing if it confuses you.
