I have no worries about the stats on the Ultimate Team, also overall rating is improve if weekly if the players are in fine form or top form in normal modes or UT on player of the week.
So it's not a big of a concern to me. In FUT Ramsey is already 86 rating last year in player of the year, 85 on player of the month and most of the time 84 in rating, in player of the week, which happens a lot of time.
In normal mode also, since it is weekly updated and changes every month. Ramsey have been 86 in rating and someone like Ozil has been the highest of around 88-89 rating when he is on form.

Maybe la people like to cuztomize, but I just like the balance they have already given.

I only pity those who don't buy original. Missing out on a lot of stuff.

aik, last time i played fifa online (fifa 12 la tapi) you can play costumized teams but that won't be ranked la, like for fun only. i avoid playing unranked matches to avoid custom teams la haha.

i used to play exclusively arsenal on career mode too, after a while bosan sudah same thing again and again. decided to take pool on fifa 13, has less resource less expectation less star players, best part of it was definitely the transfer dealings of the first few seasons. it's also when i realize that arsenal's youth players are crappy, there were lots of useful youth players in pool that i managed to promote. dat assaidi became such a big game performer, allen became a fantastic false 9 player, sterling was still not good in the game yet very useful as a backup player. it was very fun dealing with transfers, until real madrid came with a 100mil offer for suarez which i had to accept, and bought jovetic for 40mil.
