actually, i agree with you ulu place with those ME landscape should not complain di.. but guys in EM threads and SEHh are not home owners...

they are investors, they aiming DSL basic 20x65 750k above... at least.. EM will fetch 900k to 1 million..

there is prominet dude chris something, he buy in rows.. like invest clubs cum agents...

then they got one lawyer TKJ senior one.. all one stop, some bankers as well..

they doing big project there... invest club

if pahse 1 finish then wait phase 2 opposite, ,more units and etc..

they say starts 728k, i thought it was like few units only, but all units are 728k or 738k...

saw the chart dunno sticker game or not.. still left 50% as of last sunday..

Now I know - SEH and EM buyers are all flippers / investors; Goodview Height buyers are all home owners. Thanks for enlightening me.

i counted today got around 27unit left, but the special unit near the walls that 736k 22X75 sold out since day 1

Project will do well if got little investor but if full of investor then it might deprive the right for other genuine buyer to purchase this project. For this one I hope developer must have some social responsibility ,group purchase or from investor club should not be encouraged. Township only will prosper if there is a genuine people enjoy stay In that area.
Anyway that also not my problem tongue.gif

another friend dun even know where Semenyih location was, grab few units with family..
