4 should be enough. Verbally, what's the best rate they can offer with the longest tenure? Full/semi flexi? MRTA a must?
*
got discussed with them, they most of them give max at 35 years, ambank and maybank give full flexi. MRTA not compulsary.

btw MRTA worth kah? even buying at minimum

Some banks make MRTA a compulsory.  If not a must, then it's your choice whether you need the protection.  I personally don't favour MRTA but instead will buy life insurance.
*
i think even fire insurance i will buy at the lowest possible

Haha correct .usually bank will give u choice.  With MRTA minus 2.45 without minus 2.4,
So after taking MRTA instalment amount also same why not take MRTA and be a responsible purchaser for your family

let me ask my loan officer tomorrow, see what they say about mrta. if the differences not much why not

1. How can you sure all red brick?
2. If red brick, why better?

yup they built all in red brick
SHL also manufacture their own red brick for sg long areas.

red brick and normal brick not much differences in my opinion, but old people says that red brick tends to cool down the house temperature
