u no need to worry, by next year property not going anywhere... neither price is going anywhere, the GST effect has no bearing on sub sales properties.. GST excluded.. increase it see got ppl buy or not

new launches like good view 730k, GST already included, developers think like you really  , they factor in early di...

and one may have many agents friends to temporarily increase the price on certain areas by posting higher price, it was 600k when zuiko post, now it has gone down 560k ...  cant maintain it forever.. posting are charged..
