Ah that guy, I commented on his thread like 30 mins after he posted the sales thread. But given the price is somewhat cheaper than I'd expect I was skeptical and then simply brushed him off as another potential scammer lol

except huawei which is using own SoC, as long as open source, dev community to mod the popular devices with extra ton features you can think of, are possible. especially nexus user are majority not stay stock.

I thought DROID Turbo only available from Verizon US? You need to purchase the phone together with a plan even though you pay full price? You can check the Verizon website and try to buy a phone. It forces you to choose a plan.

90% of smartphone user dont even root their android. Majority prefer stock experience

moto good for you then. but disagreed on the experienced statement buying nexus = Huawei

Try to buy honor 6 and nexus 6 and use it for a week. You will feel the same.

Try to buy note4 and honor 6, the experience is different because of the stylus.

Try Droid turbo and nexus 6 for another week, the Moto feature will surely give more user experience.

Comparing Nexus with Xiaomi and Huawei is a total joke, an offense to the Android world I can say.

User experience? Nexus devices should provide the best Android experience for users, period. Remember what's the main purpose of the Nexus programme? To provide a benchmark on software and hardware for the OEMs on designing their Android phones. It's the way Google intended us to use Android.

Well, different people have different need or preferences. Some prefer more feature on Xiaomi/Huawei rather than Pure Android on Nexus (average people call it too "plain" taste).

those people complaint complaint too "plain" will never appreciate nexus. Nexus is purposely delivered in that way and it's build to unlock, for any possibility of soft mod (also a developer phone)


and also those ppl never root their phone will never understand the "freedom". once root, it's like unlock the golden gate. I don't like stay stock, coz it's fully rely on OEM update, if OEM turtle speed or lousy, who is suffering? HTC, Moto so far is doing good!


Very good example here is Galaxy Nexus. today, gnex user still got dev community support for unofficial update to Android 5.0 Lollipop. You tell me which 3 years old ago Huawei model can benefit that? I guess not even taste KitKat yet.
