You seriously waiting to get the BS12 at RM300? Hahah. Seems like you still don't know their tactics. Good luck.

is it true that playing with stiff racket will hurt your shoulder more? i can't really tell for sure because i hurt my shoulder way before i play with my stiff rackets. the pain has always been there especially after every session.
funny thing is i really like it playing with zf2. the feeling is just so nice. smashes, drops, defences... all very good. but after reading that its extra stiff shaft can hurt my shoulder i can't help but feel sceptical about it.
nowadays i use my bs12 (lack firepower) and NR900 (also stiff) more. just to be safe la konon but the pain is still there...
so, what you guys think... are stiff rackets really unfriendly to shoulders?
Partly, but pain in the shoulders sounds like a rotator cuff injury. I suggest you rest for 2 months before continuing. It may be difficult but trust me its worth it. I used to get pains in my shoulder after every session and it goes away the next day. I ignored it and continued on with my badminton. Few months down the road the pain became unbearable and I had to see an orthopaedic. He sent me for an MRI scan and the results showed that there was a minor tear in my supraspinatus tendon. Have been resting for 4 months now and the pain is still there after every session. Having pain is a sign that something has gone wrong. Don't wait till it becomes serious before responding to it. A stitch in time saves nine. Good luck.
