Can you tell us more details about the magnetic cable bought from Sony shop? It's not original but charge fast? Where can we get it? Interested

Hi Guys, just to share my good experience sending my Z3C for repair at Sony Service Centre HQ(SEMS Services Sdn Bhd) located in PJ Amcorp Mall.

My Z3C screen cracked after I accidentally sat on my phone while there's another screwdriver on top of the phone. So, I call SEMS to check for repairing cost and spare part availability as well as time needed to repair. Miraculously, they said 2-3 hours can finish the repair So fast?

I send my phone to them on Friday 4pm and by Tuesday my phone is ready for collection. I'm really happy with their services!!!

According to Sony Warranty Card, SEMS are the HQ in Selangor. Plaza Berjaya is also another HQ.

RM430 for the display. The rest(labor, water proof sealing) is covered by warranty.

So far my experience with Sony service center is positive, at least at SEMS Services @ Amcorp Trade Centre.
Replaced LCD screen - 3 days
Replace battery - 1 week

Right, different company. Try send to SEMS services, you can check your repair status online via their website.

I had my cracked screen replaced there, 3 days to complete. The price was RM4xx.

I'm using this http://www.lelong.com.my/wsken-sony-magnet...6-10-Sale-P.htm. The charging speed is the same as you charge with the USB port on the phone.

By far the best magnetic charging cable over the previous 3 cheap cables(slow charging/loose connector/poor quality) that I bought.

If they have the spare part, 1-2 days will do. The best SC is SEMS Services.

You mean over-charge like still charging after reaches 100%? I not sure about using charging adapter because I've been using power bank to charge my phone, the powerbank will off by itself after the phone is fully charged.

There's this charging cable where it will auto stop charging after fully charged. I have not try this cable.

You use original charger? Sometimes charging while the phone is warm might also cause the battery to bengkak.

Updated to Marshmallow via PCC.

Yup, it's a bit faster. I just factory reset today. Will test for a few days and see.
