When iPhone is small size. people said the size is perfect.
When iPhone become huge & Sony make compact, people says compact is too small..

Last weekend I handled all four colours of the Z3 Compact at a Sony Xperia promo booth between AEON and Uniqlo in 1U...I also handled a copper Z3...tat colour is super-cool...wish it was available for the Z3 Compact

Anyways I will go for black...cose the orange-red colour is not deep enuff for me...still too bright

I believe the promo tat they were offering that day is different from the actual promo during the big roadshow in 1U next week...might as well wait for it

How is the screen quality? Is it as good as iPhone?

About the screen, I can say that the Z3C screen is definitely brighter than the iPhone 5....when you manually set the brightness. Coz when it comes to auto-brightness settings, iPhone still wins (it just knows the right amount of brightness no matter the environment, while the Z3C is still a little too dark for my eyes). This has been a problem in Android for a very long time, but not really a big deal for me.

As for color reproduction, everything seems to pop off the Z3C's screen. But the screen itself has a bit of red tint to it, and you can manually adjust the RGB settings if you find the screen too warm for you. Viewing angles is okay, as long as you view the screen directly. Extreme viewing angles will cause the screen to wash out. And watch out for the X-Reality image processing engine that Sony enabled in the Z3C, makes everything too sharp. Try and take a screenshot of your settings page, then compare the image with the real settings UI. Fortunately the engine can be turned off.

With that said, I feel there is not a huge difference between the iPhone 5 and the Z3C's screen if you use the phone as you normally would. Look for a weak spot, and you will definitely see it. Personally, no screen can beat the screen used in the HTC One X. Every single thing rendered on that screen looks so lifelike and delicious.

We’ll start the upgrade at beginning of 2015 for the core Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 series – continuing thereafter for all remaining devices above.
