Yeah, you should see the ad for Remote Play by Sony.

Bunch of friends come over a guy's house and took over his TV, so he went into a corner and turned on Remote Play.



Oh their new ad emphasises this too, just released a few hours ago.

I found out my screen has dead pixel when I check it in *#*#7378423#*# > service tests > display > blackscreen.

So I can just send it back to claim warranty? Or is there one to one replacement as I don't have extra phone to use.

normally 1 to 1 replacement is a week after you purchase at the Shop. after that have to claim warranty.
however at service center, if they cant resolve the issue they will exchange a new 1 for you which varies.

no lo.. if bought from dynamic communication only 3 days which is from the 1utama roadshow that time.
im nearly mad of them, I called them at the 4th day and they refuse to exchange and ask me to service centre

and now service centre still doesn't have the spare part I think. lol

btw, just found out there is 1 scratch at the back near dock there...

by dynamic communication, is it the 3rd party company or the sets are Dynamic sets?

Dynamics are distributor sets, so if you pay for full RRP, should be Sony Msia set.

and by the way, 1st time to hear 3 days 1-1 exchange policy.

It works for me. I always watch astro from my phone.

"since u didn't send the phone to service centre (I think he mean camp my phone there), so we don't have the condition of the phone and that why we couldn't give any decision "

then I said about the SC don't even have the spare part so ask me to take back the phone 1st bla bla

"so, in this case u must check with them"

add on: seriously, after fix the phone and all the gift are here.. I will try sell this phone. lol
even the process speed is awesome but I haven't try LTE, umobile no LTE.

lol, that time i dont even have a clue about that promotion until i checked at Sony Mobile MY page. guess what my supervisor told me? that promotion is for road show only, while the T&C states entire Malaysia.
