When i saw the iphone 6 bengkok video, i laughing like hell.....dam terrible build up quality but still lot of fan support apple. I switch frm 3GS to Note 2  2 years ago. I feel android phone is much more convenient than apple phone. Specially the build in camera. Tis whole month i will keep my eye tight on Samsung Note 4 launching date. My contract end on Nov but i can "accidentally" spoiled my Note 2 and claim a new Note 4 with insurance. Hehe......

but even if is the shop warranty is 2 years?

I bought Note 3 ap set with 2 years shop warranty for my wife, at 1st i have the same thinking as urs. But later on i found out the AP set cant update the version. Some of the setting inside the phone had fix, dam it. Lot of app also cant update, once i update, the app crashed and become invisible icon. May be u can try ur luck. For me, i wont buy AP set any more since the ori set can buy insurance to cover. 

Imagine, AP warranty... If the shop you purchase the phone close, how do you claim your '2 years' warranty? Think about it

AP warranty is quite problematic and also depends on the shop T&C, example, LCD could be 3 months or 6 months. After that u got to pay just to repair LCD even within 2 years shop warranty.
That depends on the origin of the AP phone but first time I heard of a case like yours bought AP set phones a number of times but no such issue

what if, instead of free gear, they give free gear VR 

Still thinking whether want to upgrade to Note 3 or Note 4 from my Note II

The only thing that make me interested on the Note 4 is Gear VR

The Note 3 i bought for her birthday present, less than 1 year. She drop it into river, i bring it send warranty but Samsung ppl told me their warranty did not cover liquid damage.

SD Extreme pro , go find from garage sales . Extreme pro is the faster version of class 10 right aka 2nd gen ? Red and gold on the micro sd .... If it's , dont bother spending the extra unless u dont mind . Dont find any difference using it in the phone compared to the normal class 10

all my videos are shot in 4k recording and highest mpx for the photos . That's y i said it's not worth it using it in the phones but if u were to use it to transfer to comp , u can see the difference . 128G is still over RM400 , how much do u think it will cost now if it's extreme pro line ? a 64G class 10 is around rm150 or least while extreme pro is 60% more if i remember .

Like i said , choice is up to the buyer . If he feels it's worth to buy it now , go ahead but whats the point of buying it if it doesnt do much difference for our usage . If u were to use an extreme card and a extreme pro icard n a camera , ya , the difference is very obvious especially in a full frame DSLR but not in phone . Just my 2 cents .
