Snapdragon more power efficient, support by 3rd party devs.
*
snapdragon 805 is still based on 28nm but exynos is 20nm.
snapdragon 805 is still based on armv7 and exynos based on armv8 which similar with upcoming snapdragon 810.

the exynos may not that bad in the power efficiency this time. waiting review on this.

Please kindly give some early impression or review?

Is your note 4 come with snapdragon 805 or exynos 5433?

Could you please kindly run antutu v5.1 and post the result here?
So we can compare with the result of exynos version. I mostly see the result for exynos version in the youtube.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 delivers poor graphics performance vs. Apple iPhone 6 Plus

Any comment? I'm really a noob in this kind of stuff. But will still get a note 4
*
the T-rex on-screen and off-screen score is something wrong. other site test show alot higher result.

http://www.gforgames.com/gadgets/samsung-g...chmarked-45287/

note-4 has 1440 x 2560 screen resolution. Hence, the on-screen benchmark test will be lower than other phone with 1080x1920 such as iphone 6+, S5, note 3,etc. Anyhow, the t-rex and Manhattan on screen score also not far from note-3 or S5.

This site reported that the T706 gpu mostly running on 266mhz to 350mhz on several tested games (max clock speed is 600mhz):

http://lib.91.com/phone/review/solo/141004/21745272_all.html

the tested game is not optimize for T706 or 1440 x 2560 screen resolution? not sure.

Im eagerly waiting for anandtech or gsmarena detail testing on the note-4. Preliminary tested result is very fluctuate. some site reported higher performance but other reported low performance??

hmmm i was expecting more cause i just prefer snapdragon...if exynos score a definite win then will buy lah hav to see more result

edit since ur update those is the old antutu...as ive said need to wait for more result to confirm
*
I think the exynos most attractive part is based on new arm architecture, ArmV8, cortex-A57 which will be in the new snapdragon 810 next year.

antutu 5.0 got issue with SD805. U can see the antutu changelog of V5.1 which they addressed the problem in version 5.1:

V5.1
- New 32-bit/64-bit CPU test
- Reduce 3D test water effects to be more compatible with Snapdragon 805

I feel that V5.0 and V5.1 give different result also. v5.0 give higher result. maybe I'm wrong.

what is knox???
*
it will trigger the knox warranty flag. normally is 0x0. if you flash a custom rom or kernel, the knox flag will change to 0x1.
Im not sure weather this flag will void your warranty or not. Maybe someone can share your experience on this matter here?

You can read about knox here:
http://www.samsung.com/global/business/mob...-platform/knox/

Basically, it is the samsung security suit that target the enterprise. Some of the knox feature also integrated in android L:

they did test the color temperature which is excellent ~6.6K. the brightness of note 4 (468 nits) is also significant higher than note 3 (360nits). to me, these two factors make note 4 display great upgrade from note 3 beside the resolution.

It been disabled so basically it still 32bit sad.gif
I think by 2016 then only we be using 64bit tech/app
*
even it is running on 32bit, it is still faster than armv7 soc. As reported by this site or ARM:
http://www.androidauthority.com/note-4-64-...droid-l-536280/

cortex a57 is faster than cortex a15 around 1.5x.
