Dear all,
Just saw the posts and thread. Already personally called Sam to sort this out. Has arranged to come over on this Sunday to my own branch at Cheras and I will personally have a look at the matter. Rest assured that everything will be handled accordingly. It is always our main priority to ensure customers problems are well taken care of and there won't be any exception to this case here.
