Date of transaction: July 2014

i tinted my car on july, ss2 branch, after few days got bubbles and the window edge over cut, then i send back to them. instead of RM180, i take the RM250 only front 3 piece! as i dont need to tint behind 3 piece.


4th august complain about the windscreen part.


he reply and said will get back to me!


waiting, waiting and waiting, see the date


today i whatsapp him, now he said not thier responsibility of the defected!!!


i really doubt really 100% Satisfied? 500++ positive feedback can't be wrong?

But the black part is factory comes together with the windscreen isnt it?
The tinting should be done on top of it (windscreen -> dark part -> tinting) doesnt sound like is their fault..

Btw my car is done by Sean too at Jln Peel (Pudu) branch... So far more than 1 year already no prob..
Initially got small bubble at the driver side and rear windscreen.. went back to change the driver side but still got small bubble after that but very hard noticeable so accept la..
Rear windscreen was advised not to re-apply coz sked the heater also might come off so i accepted, coz not noticeable either.

p/s: i did the Security tint cost 1.5K lol

yes, windscreen > dark part > tinted > tinted got bubble > they peel & wash [ dont ask me how to wash ] > tinted again

sorry, mine RM250 only..... but is this a problem?

Hmm im not pro so i cant say the black part will come off or not if tear out and re-apply.
Maybe some other tinting expert can comment. or bring to shop ask.

Last but not least, why not bring ur car go back to the shop and ask them to explain?

Just saw the posts and thread. Already personally called Sam to sort this out. Has arranged to come over on this Sunday to my own branch at Cheras and I will personally have a look at the matter. Rest assured that everything will be handled accordingly.

The fact that we do not really need to wash/touch the black color part amazed me on the consequences of this case here.

However, not trying to run away from responsibility here since Sam mentioned this only occurs after he has tinted the car.

That's why I would like to take a look at it personally to be sure and get it sorted out nevertheless.
