2) FEAD belt kerased(belt pakei utk akon/powahsteering/alternator)
3) Timing belt tarak nampak, tapi since tensioner ady jam jam dei & FEAD keras, I believe the timing belt aint in any better condition

Pls get them done soonest possible unless you've ady budgeted for overhaul/change engine

Dude, check the door light. If that side sot sot ady will have this problem. If it's set to DOOR, and if it short with ON, then your alarm will be trigger and unable to arm. Other than this, it will be your boot lock sensor out of range, need to find a locksmith to adjust it unless you know how to DIY. Hard for me to explan, but you can try using a screw driver to push the white plastic thingy at the lock, spray contact cleaner, after dry apply WD40, go to driver seat and pull the lever to unlock it then close back the boot.

Check the rear door, the passenger door handle got 1 screw inside the longkang if it's tight. Other than that, check also the door lock knob, can use finger to spin it tight.
