They established an SSK school on US to study the tactics & development of SSK now. So SIFOREX is initialised by them in 2001. They choosed Peru for the exercise partner. Reason is Peruvian sub force is the most experienced sub force in south america.....its already 103 yrs old & US admit the peruvian can maintain their 209 subs  so silent. So thats why US choose them..... it is done every 2 yrs & objective is to train US Navy ASW ships, heli, MPA in detecting, tracking & attacking SSK.

The next 2 decade for this nation will be grim. Its military will only be left with older generation fighting machines and it would not take anymore than a week to conquer this nation.
