Cannot check in luggage. Only hand carry into cabin. And with small qty. Also cannot more than 10000mah per PB.

i jus tear it... and it leave some residue sad.gif

i read somewhere the soldering gun need to set to 60°C
my soldering gun, is jus a normal one... no temperature setting
afraid it will explode sweat.gif

What were you tearing? If you are talking about the solder tabs on the batteries, it is spot welded using high current, and probably cannot be removed by hand completely without damaging the batteries.

It's lithium bro....dangerous when exposed to air and high temps. The tab strip is spot welded, so you cannot remove the weld residue by hand if I'm not mistaken.

Inside the car under the hot sun will degrade the quality. I think prolonged heat exposure will surely damage them.

and i need to re-weld it too...

i saw some youtube video... tat guyz able to (spot) weld it in instant (like in 1seconds)
i m wondering wat kind of technique he use

and im pretty well aware lithium will easily exploded and it is dangerous
if u can pass down few techniques... i will have 1 less risk
