Whoa.... If this is the case, a promise is a promise then i'm sure there are many other threads here. Owner can do whatever they wanted as long as no cash involved yet. As i'm concerned, as a buyer you'll prepare to lose your priority in any circumstances unless your deposit or quick cash secure your place. Take it easy...

Man, the point of argument is tat, I don wanna risk the CPU as things might happen during Shipping...that's all, if he would bear the responsibilities, deal goes through. I've told him the promise is kept, but would he bear the responsibilities?

I've knew many cases when things didn't reach the other party in the right condition. There went the fingers pointing here n there. Get the point?

Put it this way, buyer receives the CPU with bent pins, and even after straighting them, but some pins broke or it went faulty. Who's the finger to be pointed? Buyer will request for full refund, seller ends up with the dead CPU. Get the point?

and how about a warning to yourself for spamming?

i'd like to remind you(and the rest who are posting on this thread) that

3. Do not post unless you have something useful to contribute. Ranting is not useful contribution.

personally, i don't think that he deserves to be stripped of his safe-trader tag as he did not cheat. i don't see a person being all bad just because of 1 not-so-appropriate move.

Well....seller are supposed to bear the responsibility for damaged shipping...
Thats why seller should more careful when packing it...

How about i suggest u pack it more carefully and the buyer agree to pay more for shipping cost?

kucingfight, maybe u should have the disclaimer, 'I reserve the right to cancel the sale to a buyer should I find a more acceptable deal.' That should limit any problems in the near future. Though, probably limit the number of buyers willing to deal in that manner too.

To kucingfight and siauann...

Now, it depend on you two either to stick with the deal or just forgive and forget...
No use arguing here anymore...

Just get in either this two option:
1) Stick with the deal [seller won't be responsible if something happens to the processor] sweat.gif

2) Forgive, and foget [This is a better way] rclxms.gif

Let's stop all this arguement aite everyone?
Just let those two people solve their problem personally...

Better that way... thumbup.gif

Peace everyone!!!
Just giving out my own opinion, that's all... icon_rolleyes.gif

*
Nah, i wasnt offended or anything
Just thought i'd clear the Elite tag thing since u seem to have the wrong impression on what it's for

Meanwhile, let's wait for siauann's reply since kucing has offered to go through with the deal?
Anything else would be spamming as there's already a solution provided

Uhm....Altough that does lessen some problems..
But thats not a good ethique....

Eg....if already promised to sell to someone but another guy offer higher after that, i'd be tempted to sell to the higher priced one..
But thats not good rite?

Btw...this quote are not allowed to be used in www.lelong.com.my by bidding style..
Maybe its not suitable for LYN here..

it's a tough luck for kuchingfight....

if he can get a permission from the buyer, siauann
explains to him the situation, emphasize that the proc pin might bent and the losing is onto the seller. c whether he agree to call off the deal...

if he's insist then no choice, sell the proc to siauann...

Exactly, i do not want to hold the responsibilities during shipping. I've explained to him many times and yet he doesn't seem reasonable enough. If he insisted and agrees to take responsibilities, i'm more than happy to release it.

yap, i'm waiting from his side. But don expect me to take responsibilities if something goes wrong with the pysical condition of the CPU.

Anyways, it's just a tag, if it seems i'm not entitled to have the tag, by all means do remove it. I don hav a problem with it.

TO all trouble adders/blur cases, the main reason we are having this argument is becoz of the responsibilities on the shipping issue. And it's not because i've called the deal off for other reasons.

Lolz.....whats the smokes for?
I saw your not a safe trader tag...
Your past history has nothing to do with me...
What i see is what i see....

Im just wondering why goldfries said like that coz at that time your tag was no longer there...and the buyer only said your ELITE member....maybe i didnt see he said u were safe trader too

OK OK stop the flaming ya. Let siauann decide on what to do next. Keep on posting unnecessary opinions doesn't help in decision making here as well.

As for sellers, remember to put disclaimer if buyer insist on posting. I normally put disclaimer that I won't be responsible for any damages done after the package left my hand. Prefer COD, safer for both parties unless buyer wanna bear the risk of shipping.

So far I've sent a few things with nice packing, ends up good at buyer's hand. But there's once I sent an MMC to buyer, the MMC broken into half. Go figure, pos Malaysia employ elephants to do the job.

Dont forget to take a pic of the item from all sides before packing it... so there is no claim of the buyer saying u sold him a busted item.

This issue is settled - kucingfight has admitted his mistakes, we have removed the safe trader tag as a consequence. The Elite tag remains since it was given based on his contributions to the forums.
