Pet Transportation Service, Is there such a thing?

it a scam.. if u transter the money then they will give u the ticket as a proof and then later they will say need top up.. the pet at kastam or etc.. need to buy insurance and etc.. why i know all this? it is because im a victim few years back.. buying a dog from mudah. seller say he from singapore.. then because i urgent need and i bank in via western union.. and it a pomeranian RM 600..
So better cod.. dont let cheap price to blind your eye
