Bro, the DIY route (for coating only) would need to be something like 22ple, Dodo Juice Infinity Sealant or the like (which I don't really know of any cuz haven't tried much of any other stuffs lately), mainly because their application are more DIY user-friendly. Maybe one day we can arrange a demo by both rep for the DIYers.....    

But, for those who aren't prepared for DIY and are willing to fork out a 4-figure sum, just choose wisely and do visit the detailing centres to have a look at their workmanship & products range. Too many unknown coatings out there. Some are good and some are so-so only. But majority would depends on the skills/experience of the detailer to produce good results and performance.

It's one of my regular use tool. It corrects slower than Bigfoot, so I'm using more for finishing or light polishing work.

i think thats cheap compare to opticoat,if not mistaken got seller selling opticoat for Rm300 at garage sales.. Currently im using permanon product

Yes, DG501 is one heck of an AIO. Best part about it is that the protection is quite long lasting for an AIO. One of my fav.
Love poliseal also....beautiful finish and quite lasting protection....unfortunately, storage life isn't that good. Hope one day Optimum can sort that issue out cuz I did like it better than DG501

@windskill, thx, might get one later if $$ is good. Hopefully the size are the same. By the way, lets say for BMW, you use the same material (polish/compound?)
Not sure if this is true, the sales person told me, diff paint use diff type. If I were to use the one for hard paints on normal card, without proper knowledge might burn the paint.

@g88 orange pads seems nice, wanted that, but the person told me to get the fur( purple one, due to better cutting strength)
