Slow Motion Movie - which budget SLR or camera ?, Budget conscious camera...

I am thinking of pursuing some amateur hobby which include capability to make slow motion video clip. Ideally capable of making Full HD clip with at least 60 fps, if not more.
Is there any serious amateur grade camera or budget conscious SLR that's capable of making those ? Not to mention good quality still photograph.
I have left camera scene for too long to know how the technology progresses. Any head up will be greatly appreciated.

The camera I'm currently selling has Slow Motion Capabilities, at 60fps. It's a Fujifilm Finepix HS10. Maybe some experts can chip in for advice on which camera to buy.

Cheapest DSLR from Nikon that shoot 60FPS Full HD would be the D3300, but if posible, I would suggest top up a little for a D5300, more flexibility.

Lumix GH4 has 96fps at FullHD.
