fire vamp is the strongest. But i also train and awaken my wind vamp too. Hes good for 1 on 1. Def and Att both balance.

wind fatal blow is almost the same as fire vamp skill, only water vamp 3rd skill is different, AOE.

no i am saying the way they attack is somehow the same, go near and melee skill, only the Water vamp is using Aoe for his 3rd skill.
