If you're asking for a refund from itunes, the itunes will direct you to the web, from there you will be askED to choose which reason for the refund, I choose non of them, but in the message box, I just tell them that the game is hacked, securities have been compromised, developer/provider not giving out solution.

No wonder I've been seeing 1-2 players which have a few 5* mobs with 4* runes doing B7-B8 like a boss without imps/DoT.

Apple can refund, but don't know how many times can do that, because if want to refund all transactions there will be like 20-30. Need go one by one. Even for 9.99 usd

Yeap, security problems, and the provider isn't doing any solutions, if you put on security problems, they will sure investigate because it's no.1 issue with the net. Also I did mention hacking & bug as well, quite a long essay.
