it was great ....i find wilson kindda annoying where he has doubt about house still in pain n in the decision making for the paralyze cancer patient...of course there is no medically reason but he is House...House dont have hunches

Overall I liked it, but I think along with House's new attitude, they gave a holy one to Wilson and a hypocritical one to Cameron. I wanted to beat both of them over the head by the end of the episode.
