Yep agreed with you. Discussed this with my missus before. She's a piano teacher. In her opinion digital piano only suitable for kids to pick-up beginner level skill.

If space and loudness is not a constraint, you can opt for an acoustic piano.

Too bad... my yamaha clp545 (bought on sept' 14) rosak oledi... cannot switch on..something to do with its electronic panel/board..
called yamaha service center...

I've compared digital pianos among yamaha and casio and roland, and the conclusion is roland has the best quality at lowest price .. So 2 years ago, I've bought Roland RP-301R-WH


However, as I'm moving out from the house to other state, I have no choice but to sell it off. Pls refer my post at https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3556679
