to calc the leave entitled

No. of month worked / 12 x leave entitlement... =

after ur confirmation, u oredi entitled for annual leave ....
(i'll skip here, as it very detail)

there are call.. pay leave and _____(forgot the word)

how much they gonna buy back ur leave... is either No. working day or No. of day in the month...

mean salary divide by xxx or yyy

date of commerce is 1st December 2004,
date resigned 2nd November 2006.

so ur leave entitlement is 23 days

Q is, how many leave left?

for u case, u leave Co. 2 month early... err.. take unpaid leave for whole month la...

MIA for few days... sure u'll be sack. hahahhaha

resigned on augest , still working until Nov??? dont get you...
